My name is Peter Alonzo, and welcome to a day in the life of an Antioch student. Let's get today started.

Right after breakfast, classes start, and one of my favorite things about classes would have to be the one on one learning and hands on learning that we get to do with our teachers.

For example, in my writing class, our teacher likes to take us outside to practice our descriptive writing skills.

Something very interesting about Antioch college is that we're the first federal work College here in Ohio, which means that students who live on campus also work on campus.

Students get to contribute to meaningful work, building up their resumes and lowering their cost of tuition, while also putting some spending money in their pocket.

I work here at the Wellness Center. My favorite spot to study would be here, South second floor.

I just love how quiet it is and easy it is to focus.

What's really cool about South second floor are the amount of resources that are also available.

These include Diversity and Multicultural resources.

Student Affairs is actually also located here in South second floor.

Who can help you qualify for accommodations for any classes that you struggle with.

Another thing that's really cool about South second floor is that there are multiple pathways that can help you with any questions that you have about yourself, or just questions in general.

On this side of campus is where a lot of students like to hang out and spend most of their free time.

On my left we have Weston, where console likes to host a lot of their school dances.

And on my right, we have the fire pit, where students just like to hang out and keep warm, especially around this spa when the evenings are getting much cooler.

Here at the campfire is where one of my favorite clubs is held, poetry night, where a bunch of students gather around the campfire and read either original or very inspirational poems.

And at West is where I had my 20th birthday party, which was such a blast.
